Vespires can have horns at the rare tier and above. Legend tier horns can have any length/style/texture

Teeth

Since vespires have beaklike mouths, their "teeth" are an extended part of the beak's edge and are not true teeth as such. They can be either the same or different color as the rest of the jaw.
